Revised Branch Working Hours For ICICI Bank During Covid-19 Pandemic
Seeing the Covid-19 situation in the country the bank is providing only essential services and has reduced the staff and working hours.
The bank is open only for essential services like withdrawal or cash deposits, transaction remittances, and cheque clearances. The Indian Bank Association has also declared that the banks will not encourage other services like Passbook updates, new account opening, renewal of FD, selling/buying of forex, new card/cheque applicants would be not available temporarily.
The bank encourages its customers to use more mobile banking services. Applications like iMobile, InstaBIZ, Pockets and Internet Banking, etc mobile applications in Google Play Store and Apple Store, are equipped with 300+ services.

ICICI Bank has many types of branches like a retail branch, wealth branch, loan branch, gold branch, etc. These different branches have different timings.
These ICICI Bank branches remain open on weekdays that is Monday to Saturday, except on the second Saturday and fourth Saturday.

ICICI Bank NEFT/RTGS Timing
ICICI Bank customers can use an internet banking account or iMobile application for NEFT transaction 24*7.
With the exception of the second & fourth Saturday, Sunday and holidays, the customer can transfer money maximum of 10 lakhs or 25 lakhs (based on the account type) from 1.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m.
From 7.00 p.m to 1.00 a.m the customer can transfer only a maximum of 2 lakhs at a time. (Same applicable for second & fourth Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays).
ICICI Bank RTGS services work from Monday to Saturday (Except second & fourth Saturday) and RTGS minimum transaction amount is 2 lakh and the maximum is 10 lakhs.
ICICI Bank IMPS Limit
IMPS transaction also works for 24*7. The customer can transfer a maximum of 2 lakhs in a transaction using the Account Number and IFSC code. But using a mobile number and MMID to transfer money, then the customer can transfer only a maximum of Rs.10,000.
ICICI Bank Lunch Break Timings
ICICI Bank timings are different from bank to bank. To provide convenience to customers, all the employees do not go to lunch at the same time. Usual lunch timings are 1.00 pm to 2:30 p.m. The account holders can still avail the banking services at lunch hours.
