  • After a few rings, the call will disconnect automatically
  • IOB account holder will receive their account balance details via SMS.

Indian Overseas Bank Balance Check by SMS

Indian Overseas Bank account holder can check their account balance by sending an SMS from their registered mobile phones. To do so, follow the given step :

  • Draft SMS in the following format.

“BAL <Account Name>”

where <Account Name> is the name of your account in your mobile.
  • Account holder will receive the account balance details via SMS in a few seconds.

Indian Overseas Bank Balance Check through Net Banking

Indian Overseas Bank’s account holder can also check their account balance through Net Banking. However, this facility is only available for already registered customers.
