banks, financial institutions and listed companies.
Note: For driving license issued in any state where it is mentioned specifically that the document can’t be used as a proof of address the same will not be accepted.
- All the documents should be valid on the date of submission.
- Each document should be self-attested.

Apply for Address Change in SBI by (Visiting Branch)
Step1: Visit your nearest SBI branch.
Step2: Ask for address change form at Bank Reception.
Step3: Fill out the form by providing all the correct information.
Step4: Sign on that form (Sign will be matched from their database) and mention the date below your signature.
Step5: Attach all the required documents. Ask for a list of all required documents at the bank.
Step6: Submit your application form with documents to Bank Executive.
Step7: The Executive will ask for an original copy of the proof to verify and update your details in their database.
Step8: You will get a notification on your registered mobile number.

SBI bank account address change can be verified using your internet banking account.
Step1: Log in to your SBI internet banking account.
Step2: Navigate to Account statement > Account number > Statement Period and click on Proceed.
Step3: Your account details will be shown on the screen. You can verify your account details from there.
