SBI Credit Card Mobile Number Change Through SBI Portal

  1. Log in to the SBI portal sbicard.com and tap on my profile
  2. Then, click on the ‘Quick Contact’ option and tap on the blue color icon visible on the right side of it
  3. Enter the mobile number/email address that you want to update
  4. Enter the OTP that you would have received on your old registered mobile number
  5. Submit your request by clicking on ‘Submit’
  6. The SBI card representative will call you in the next 2 working days to process and complete the request.

SBI Credit Card’s Mobile Number Change Through Mobile App

  1. Open the mobile app and login with your credentials. 
  2. Now, on the top left tap the ‘Menu’ tab on the navigation panel
  3. Go to ‘My Profile’ option and tap on the yellow color edit icon appearing next to the mobile number
  4. Now, enter the new mobile number/email address that you want to update
  5. After that, you’ll receive an OTP on your old registered mobile number.
  6. Insert that OTP in the space given and submit the request
  7. The SBI card representative will call you in the next 2 working days to process and complete the request.

SBI Credit Card’s Mobile Number Change Through Chatbot ILA

The Chatbot is artificial intelligence (AI)-powered chat assistant launched for State Bank of India (SBI)  to address customer inquiries and help customers with everyday banking tasks just like a bank representative. 

To change your mobile number, using Chatbot ILA follow the below set of steps-

  1. Go to the official website of SBI and login with your credentials
  2. On the lower side at your right-hand, you’ll find the ‘Chatbot ILA’
  3. Now, type your query “How to change my mobile number”
  4. Tap on “Update mobile number’
  5. In the given space, type your new phone number & click on “update mobile number”
  6. Insert the OTP that you’ve received on your registered mobile number and tap on submit
  7. The SBI card representative will call you in the next 2 working days to process and complete the request.

How to Change Credit Card E-mail Address

In order to initiate a change in your registered email address change with the account, credit card users can refer to the following steps.

  1. Go to the official website of SBI and login with your credentials
  2. On the lower side at your right-hand, you’ll find the ‘Chatbot ILA’
  3. Now, type your query “How to change my email address”
  4. Tap on “Update email address’
  5. In the given space, type your new email address & click on “update the email address”
  6. Insert the OTP that you’ve received on your registered mobile number and tap on submit
  7. The SBI card representative will call you in the next 2 working days to process and complete the request.
