SBI or the State Bank of India is one of the oldest banks in India. The bank was established in 1955 and has its headquarters in New Delhi. It is amongst India’s topmost public sector banks. The bank was formed after independence by merging the four big presidency banks of the colonial era.

SBI Working Hours
State Bank of India customers must know the working hours of the bank to be able to get to the bank on time and get their work done
Weekdays Monday to Friday – 10 A.M to 4:00 P.M
1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays – 10 A.M to 4:00 P.M
SBI Working Days
The State Bank of India is working on all the days of the year with the exception to festivals and other national holidays. Apart from that SBI remains closed on all Sundays and 2nd, and 4th Saturday.
SBI Lunch Timings
There are no specific lunch timings of SBI. The employees at the bank usually take breaks in shifts. The lunch time in the banks is usually observed between –
1 P.M to 2 P.M or 2 P.M to 3 P.M
NEFT Timings
In the State Bank of India, the NEFT service is available 24 hours a day and all the seven days of the week.
RTGS Timings
SBI RTGS timings are from 7.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M. The RTGS service is available on all the days of the week except on the 2nd and 4th Saturday and on holidays.
